Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the USPS, entire package weight will be rounded up to the next full ounce. All orders over $50 ship free!
Once the package leaves our premises, we are not responsible for delayed scanning by USPS. Hello Goldee, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office in these rare instances/situations.
We want you to love your product. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If we do not have the item you purchased in stock or the item has been discontinued we'd be happy to offer a refund or exchange for a different item.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and hangtag still attached. The item cannot be used or washed.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email. Your credit card or bank may require additional time for processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We would suggest getting tracking for the package that you ship as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
